Open day Sinergia 2022
Saturday, October 8, 2022: open day of the fourth edition of Sinergia
More than 250 people went to Campus Bellvitge to get to know the job that is undertaken everyday in order to improve people’s health. Along all morning a gymkhana, an escape room, guided visits in the facilities and divulgative talks brought Bellvitge’s science to all visitors. The day culminated in a final party with the gymkhana price awarding and the performance of EMMCA Gipsy Project from the L’Hospitalet Music School and Arts Center.
StandUp Science
IDIBELL’s young scientists turn into science YouTubers. Stand-up Science is an initiative that seeks to promote dissemination and improve the researchers’ communication skills. It is promoted by the City Council (Territorial Specialisation and Competitiveness Projects, PECT) together with IDIBELL, and in collaboration with Torre Barrina.
Science sLHam
To commemorate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, IDIBELL organises a science sLHam, with the support of the Barradas Auditorium (L’Hospitalet City Council).

With the documentary Bellvitge, a hospital transformed by COVID-19, Bellvitge University Hospital and IDIBELL sought to leave an audiovisual record and to help document a historic crisis that will change the course of healthcare and research in our country. The tsunami called COVID-19 is the greatest challenge we have faced from a healthcare perspective. Meanwhile, the research sector has mobilised all its resources, people and knowledge to find a solution that could finally beat the new coronavirus.
